For most purchases, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days, provided the item is returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Computers, monitors, printers, laptops and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
Merchandise purchased on-line through our site (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA").
